selama ni aku slalu dok rasa sakit dada, yg mencocok, kadang2 rasa mcam kena heart attack. bunyi cam seriuss je kan. correct, aku memang rasa serius, ingatkan aku ada sakit apa2 yg serius, nauzubillah mintak dijauhkan.

disebabkan terlalu lama asik rasa sakit /heartburn, smlm lepas pukul 11, aku pegi jugak klinik. kena jugak cek, asik nasihat orang jaga kesihatan/cek up selalu/beli medical insurans, so agen pon kenalah buat pemeriksaan so that boleh prevent awal. betul tak?
