PruMyChild utk anak dlm kandungan
Bunyi tajuk pon dah seriusssss giler.
Actually satu lagi planning utk anak ialah - insurans medical utk deorang. Macam kami yg keje ejen insurans/biz sendri ni, mmg takde harapan lah nak berharap pada mana-mana medical benefits. Kalau ada pon macam takleh harap lebih-lebih aje … so kena beli sendiri insurans medical card ni.
Skang ni korang jgn tak tau pulak, dah boleh amik insurans & saving utk anak since anak tu dok dalam perut ibu lagi tau.
Namanya PruMyChild ….

Kenapa penting amik masa anak dlm kandungan lagi?

Prudential won the Reader’s Digest Gold Award
Prudential menang lagi! (baca ala-ala Tora datang lagi!!)
Prudential Assurance & Prudential Fund as in for Unit Trust investment won the GOLD award for Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands 2009.
macamana/siapa yg tentukan brand mana menang?
Reader’s Digest assigned its awards based on 7,000 responses to questionnaires and telephone interviews from across Asia. Consumers were asked to nominate their most Trusted Brand in 42 product categories. They were then asked to assign a score for each brand for the six core qualites:
- Trustworthiness
- Credibility of image
- Quality
- Value
- How well each brand understands consumers’ needs,
- Its ability to innovate
other than Prudential, GE & AIA also won the GOld award under insurance category. maksudnya, memang this 3 big company memang sgt dipercayai oleh pengguna, sebab tu kadang2 aku rasa terkilan kalau orang amik some lousy medical/life insurance especially those yg takde offer medical card. well…citarasa masing-masing.
menarik gak …..check it out~~ RD Award Winnerl
anyway,i’m so proud to become part of the winning team~~![]()
FFA LTS NEC PLAY EDU GIVE jars
> Financial Freedom Account (FFA – 10%): This is your golden goose. This jar is your ticket to financial freedom. The money that you put into this jar is used for investments and building your passive income streams. You never spend this money. The only time you would spend this money is once you become financially free. Even then you would only spend the returns on your investment. Never spend the principal or else you’ll go broke!
> Education Account (EDU – 10%): Money in this jar is meant to further your education and personal growth. An investment in yourself is a great way to use your money. You are your most valuable asset. Never forget this. I have used education money to purchase books, CD’s, courses or anything else that has educational value.
> Long Term Saving for Spending Account (LTSS – 10%): The money in this jar is for the bigger nice to have purchases. As I said in my last post, Trisha and I are going to Whistler, BC in January 2008. The only reason we’ve been able to make this happen is because we’ve accumulated a nice sum in our LTSS. A small monthly contribution goes a long way.
> Play Account (PLAY – 10%): This is my favorite account. PLAY money is spent every month on purchases you wouldn’t normally make. The purpose of this jar is to nurture yourself. You could purchase an expensive dinner, get a massage or go on a weekend getaway. Play can be anything your heart desires. I’ve spent my play money on a night of sushi at a Japanese restaurant; hockey equipment that I didn’t really NEED but wanted; etc.
> Give Account (GIVE – 5%): The money in this account is for giving away. Trisha and I give money every month to the Sick Kids Hospital Foundation. We also use the money in this jar to give to family and friends on birthdays, special occasions and holidays. You can also give away your time as opposed to giving away money. When you give your money or time you’re sending a sign of abundance to the Universe. You’re telling the Universe that you have plenty of everything, you’re abundant. Giving signals abundance. This will magnetically attract more abundance to you.
boleh baca the whole post yg ditulis kat sini yer — http://www.stephenmartile.com/?p=98
oklah memang agak terpengaruh dengan the secret, tapi sebenarnya ia cumalah sistem yg membantu kita menguruskan kewangan. terutamanya bahagian FFA, siapa kah yg ada save 10% angkat tangan!!! well, suprisingly, memang tak ramai…{i pon tak sampai 10% rasanya huhuhu} Ttapi rasanya paling tak ramai bagi 5% dari gaji ke arah derma, betul tak…{ ai angkat jari….}
cara urus duit jika udah kahwin
Btw, JARS tu bukan juga maksudnya kena ada tempayan 6 biji. bukak lah sub-account under an acct, or ada jars bebtul lagi vivid..lagi sentap tengok kalau jar Long Term Saving kosong. cuma jgn lupa transfer duit FFA LTS to other investment acct macam ASB Unit Trust Annuiti Plan etc.
insya allah…………… jika boleh disiplin gini, boleh ni kita kaya sama-sama. apa-apa pun, marilah kita mulakan. anyway, walaupon ai dah tau JARS system ni lebih dari 5 bulan, baru la ni nak start..ish ish..better late than never~~ anda juga, fikir-fikirkan ler yer… mungkin boleh uruskan cara guna duit yg banyak tu
buat claim insurans..
ada seorang client nizam, a friend, 27tahun, tetiba dia call kata dia nak kena warded. terkejut jugak sebab baru je jumpa nampak sihat walafiat. rupanya, mmg dia sihat tapi…. bila dia bercakap dengan orang, unconsciously kepalanya akan jadi teleng… bila dia nak try straight kan balik, it took a lot of effort to do so.
pada mulanya masa nak warded, prudential tak nak bayar claim. they got a solid reason, client tu baru amik 4 months, kalau dia ada penyakit tu, it should be within him a year ago. so prudential takut fraud, takut ada non-disclosure, meaning client tahu dia ada penyakit tu sebelum dia amik medical card, tapi dia tak declare.
ya lah, ramai yg menipu juga, bila tahu ada penyakit, mulalah cuak pastu bila sign borang insurans, tipu kata sihat walafiat.
so, at first masa warded, prudential refuse to pay. client bayar dulu RM8000. utk botox kan leher tu okey…mahal betul!
tapi we fought for the client, sbb mmg dia tak tahu yang dia ada penyakit tuh. symptom pon ada lepas 3bulan dia amik insurans prudential. luckily dia ada regular doctor, which make the claim easier coz the doctor mmg clarify yang he got no symptom previously.
alhamdulillah after a month plus, the claim was paid by Prudential. well, kalau genuine case mmg no problem, mmg akan di bayar.
lagi satu, ramai ingat bila deorang amik insurans, jika masuk hospital covered, actually banyak polisi yang TIDAK bayar bil hospital. better check betul-betul……. dont take for granted, silap hari, bergadailah duit nak bayar rawatan hospital..
financial check
Dah nak abis March kan, 1st Quarter of 2008 dah berlalu. Not much yang aku dah buat, walhal masa Januari dulu beria-ria plan for the year.
So now is the best time to re-check the plan. Either it’s the financial plan, or simply any plans.
Kitaorang ni (Naf & Nizam) ada banyaakkk sangat plan to work out this year. The most important one is to organized our financial. Apa cerita kalau mengaku nak jadi Financial Planner tapi diri sendri nya financial pon kelam kabut dan tak terurus. Betul tak?
Alhamdulillah, in a month, kitaorang akan start our plan, OD-ASB. Sapa nak tanya pon dialu-alukan.
Rupanya setiap masalah kewangan, ada orang yg ada Hutang CC berbelas, berpuluh ribu. Sebenarnya semua masalah boleh selesai. Ada orang yg bijak pandai (financial planner), yang guna cara ni to help his clients.
Other than this, I really wanted to setup a bisnes. Insya allah, pergi Korea bulan 7 ni memang utk bisnes pon. Insya allah akan berjaya. One day I’ll be famous with my own brand. Amiin =)
Semuanya might come true, dengan Usaha, Doa dan Tawakal. Insyaallah.
The Worst Things That Can Happen After Retirement
This content might offend those with an un-open mind, please make sure u are 18 above! and mind the language coz it’s Nizam post.
1. NOT ENOUGH MONEY
Bayangkan u dah 55 yrs old. U dah pencen. U dah kerja keras selama 30 tahun. Skarang u nak rilek. U dah fedap tgk ofis u, u dah fedap tgk muka bos u, u dah fedap tgk ofis boy hantar kertas bertimbun kat meja u. Skarang u nak enjoy life, berkebun, main ngan cucu dll.Lepas ofis mates buat farewell party for u, u dah officially resign sumer…. u pegila KWSP nak bawak kuar duit EPF. U tgk dlm akaun ade RM200,000. “Wow! Banyaknyer duit”, kata u.
Itu pon dah kira bagus.Latest stats indicate that the average amount yg ade dlm EPF org M’sia at retirement age is around RM114,000. Only 4,700/11,000,000 pencarum EPF ade total accumulation of over RM1 million.Ok, skarang jom kiter buat matematik skit. Average lifespan skarang abt 70yrs. So kiter nak bertahan from 55 to 70 is 15 yrs. Maknanyee, duit RM200,000 kiter tuh kene bertahan 15thn.
RM200,000/15 tahun/12 bulan = RM1111.11
Katakanlah kiter amik RM200,000 tuh letak kat ASB teros, hoping dpt annual dividend+bonus 8% a year ( i doubt 15 years along the road boley bertahan 8%).So kalau kira pakai ASB calculator, boleyla gagah buat withdrawal RM2,000 sbln. Not bad kan?
KAMON LAH WEI!! realistik skit. Jgn menipu. Duit bonus RM5,000 dpt bulan Jun, Bulan Julai dah abih belanja. Bonus RM10,000 dpt bulan Disember, bulan Januari dah burn. Betol ka tarak betol ka?
Penah ke u jumpe org dpt duit bonus, bahagi 12, gune sama rata sepanjang tahun? HELL NO!!
Even though u seorang yg cermat, able to plan ur spending, jgn lupa org lain di keliling u. Sebelum kiter cash out KWSP, anak kiter dah tau dah baper byk kiter dpt. Pastu, startlah….manja-manja.
69% retirees deplete thier EPF within first 3 years of retirement….. Most finish EPF within 10 years. (source:The Star- June 18, 2007)
Selalunya yg menghabiskan duit tuh bukan pesara tuh sendiri, but the ppl around them. ~~anak-anak/laki/bini.Cth: anak kantoi belajar, nak buat downpayment kereta@rumah/ nak beli iphone/ nak pegi slimming centre.. dll. Hmmmm…scary kan? so, what to do? I nih bukan lah seorang pakar kewangan/ekonomi/finance lagi, tapi setakat apa ilmu yg ada di dada nih, ada 2 solution.
1-Pertama, bukak multiple retirement funds. save money urself sementara muda ni. tak kisahla ASB ke, Tabung Haji ke, unit trust ke, insurance/takaful ke…lagi byk lagi bagos.
2-Kedua, learn abt investment vehicles that can generate steady and regular cashflow, plan thoroughly and execute.
2. NO HEALTH COVERAGE
Answer me this. Manusia lagi senang jatuh sakit masa muda ke masa tua? Huh?…yup….ok…
So why doesn’t anybody think its funny that the companies that you work for, only provide health coverage when ur young and productive and forget u ever existed once u retire?![]()
retirement calculator
too early to think abt retirement? think again. we work hard for what then? mestilah pikir utk anak-anak kan…tapi on top of that, utk hari tua betul tak. we buy properties-rumah, rumah sewa, unit trusts, insurance policy, semua tu actually persediaan utk hari when we can finally lay back & rest after work hard our whole ‘zaman muda’!
well, no harm to try this out. how much you actually need when you are abt to retire. at least boleh la start pikir-pikir dari sekarang camna nak make money, then how to make the money work for you.(this part you can ask a financial planner – saya la tu, insya allah 2 3 yrs lagi) how to know what’s your number / how much money you need for retiring accordingly to your dreamsss…
1. bukak website whatsyournumber
2. click on Interactive Retirement Activities -> Retirement Calculator
3. try put on numbers which u might spend during that age, then next, and next, and next! remember that our inflation is between 3-4% now, so 20 yrs from now is likely 6-7%.
YEY!~ there is your number. My Retirement Number is RM7,506,860. huhuhuhu.
now, barulah boleh pikir, mana nak carik 7Million. betul tak? see, bila buat ni baru lah tahu that i need 7Million in order to retire as I wish.
dont worry, I still have 28yrs to gambaru accumulate 7M. wohoo~~
what’s your number?
